Position:  Food & Beverage Manager

 

Full time seasonal position from August 1st to April 30th (can extend into May with playoffs).  Work schedule is Monday through Friday; 10 am to 5 pm plus evening and weekend game nights, as per OHL schedule.

 

Responsible for all aspects of the day to day activities associated with operating and managing Concession stands and Alcohol Kiosks.   This includes but is not limited to purchasing of food and alcohol products in an efficient manner to maintain appropriate inventory levels without over stocking; managing inventory turnover and product control; scheduling and supervising of staff for all Niagara Ice Dog and Minor Hockey games at the Garden City Complex; processing of payroll time cards; and set up and tear down of kiosks for game nights.  Candidate must have experience dealing with the Public Health – Food Safety & Inspection Agency and the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and posses a valid Smart Serve certificate.
