DOWNLOADABLE SCHEDULE

The Niagara IceDogs 2009 schedule can be downloaded and imported into Microsoft Outlook, the Palm desktop program or any other standard calendar application.

To import the schedule into Microsoft Outlook, please follow the instructions below:

1. Click the following link and choose "Save to Disk" from the resulting menu. : Download
   
2. Open Microsoft Outlook.
3. Click 'File' from the menu bar.
4. Select "Import and Export" (If this option does not appear, then click the double arrows at the bottom of this menu)
   
5. Select "Import from another program or file" then click Next
   
6. Select "Comma Separated Values (DOS)" then click Next
   
7. Click the Browse button and open the saved schedule file, select "Do not import duplicate items" then click Next
   
   
8. From the resulting window, click on Calendar then click Next
   
9. In the next window, check the box next to the option labeled, "Import "icedog_sched.csv" into folder: Calendar". (If a window does not pop-up immeditately, Click "Map Custom Fields")
   
10. In the Map Custom Fields pop-up window, click and drag the fields from the left window into the right window:
    
    
    • START_DATE to Start Date
    • START_TIME to Start Time (select START_TIME for local time zone or START_TIME_ET for all ET)
    • SUBJECT to Subject
    • DESCRIPTION to Description
    • LOCATION to Location
    • END_DATE to End Date
    • END_TIME to End Time (select END_TIME for local time zone or END_TIME_ET for all ET)
    • REMINDER_ON_OFF to Reminder On/Off
    • REMINDER_DATE to Reminder Date
    • REMINDER_TIME to Reminder Time (select REMINDER_TIME for local time zone or REMINDER_TIME_ET for all ET)
11. Click "OK", then click "Finish"
12. A window will appear that says, "Importing Appointments from "icedog_sched.csv" into Calendar". When this window has dissappeared, you have successfully imported the schedule to your Outlook Calendar.
