IceDogs goaltender and Phoenix Coyotes first round draft pick Mark Visentin is headed to Arizona for Coyotes Prospect Camp from July 9-12.
Visentin will be joining 21 of the Coyotes' other top prospects at the camp, including all five of the Coyotes picks from the recent 2010 NHL Entry Draft.
The camp sees the players on the ice from 10am-11:30am on Friday, 7:30am-9am on Saturday and from 11:45am-1:15pm on Monday. All the on-ice sessions will take place at the Desert Schools Coyotes Centre in Peoria, AZ, are free and are open to the public.
The camp provides the prospects a chance to get to know the Coyotes organization, as well as providing them with NHL coaching and instruction for both on- and off-ice sessions. All players are also made available to the media after each on-ice session, giving the media a chance to get to know the players and, through their coverage, helping fans get to know the players as well.
The IceDogs would like to wish Mark the best of luck at Coyotes camp and look forward to seeing him at IceDogs camp in August!
