The Niagara IceDogs are pleased to announce Shawn Smith has been named the IceDogs new equipment manager.

Shawn joins the IceDogs organization after having most recently spent two seasons as the equipment manager of the Abbotsford Heat of the American Hockey League.  Shawn has a wide variety of experience working for hockey teams in various leagues, including the Ontario Hockey League where he worked with the Sudbury Wolves and Barrie Colts.

Shawn also has local ties, as he attended Brock University for Physical Education & Health Studies.

The entire IceDogs organization would like to welcome Shawn to St. Catharines and we look forward to having him as a part of the team!
