In recognition of this past Monday's historic vote to build a new spectator facility for St. Catharines, Mayor Brian McMullan and St. Catharines city councilors will be joining the IceDogs for the ceremonial puck drop at this Saturday's home game vs. the Kingston Frontenacs.
Please come out to join us and help us thank the Mayor and city councilors for their support of the new St. Catharines Spectator Facility by giving them a standing ovation as we drop the puck at home for the first time since the vote.
In addition to the puck drop, Saturday night is also our annual Teddy Bear Toss night in support of Niagara Victim Crisis Support Service, so we encourage all fans to support this great cause by bringing out new or gently used stuffed animals to throw out onto the ice after the IceDogs score their first goal.
There are still approximately 450 seats plus standing room available for Saturday's game, so get your tickets now to show your appreciation for the Mayor and council and help us support a great cause with our annual Teddy Bear Toss!
