IceDogs Set for Import Draft Starting Wednesday at 9am!
The Niagara IceDogs are set for the 2012 CHL Import Draft starting tomorrow (Wednesday) at 9am. The IceDogs currently hold the 56th and 116th overall selections.
The Niagara IceDogs are set for the 2012 CHL Import Draft which is set to get underway tomorrow (Wednesday, June 27th) at 9am.
The draft, which sees the QMJHL, WHL and OHL alternate picks, goes in reverse order of the teams final regular season records. As a result, the IceDogs will be selecting 56th and 116th in the two round draft.
Teams are allowed to carry two European import players each season and can only acquire European players through the import draft.
