After a huge come from behind victory in a must win game four in Niagara on Thursday night, the IceDogs now head to Kanata for another must win game at Scotiabank Place in game five of their series against the 67's.

In a season where the IceDogs have faced more than their share of adversity, this series has been no different.  The first three games of the series were essentially one goal games, with the only exception being game two where Ottawa was able to add a late empty net goal for a 3-1 victory, but Niagara found themselves on the wrong end of the score in all three games, including an OT loss in game three, falling behind 3-0 in the series.

When the IceDogs fell behind 3-1 after one period in game four, it would have been easy for them to give in, but the team showed the character and heart that has kept the team together throughout what has been a rollercoaster season, as they came out flying in the second with four goals, showing Ottawa they would not go down without a fight, pulling out the 5-4 victory.

The IceDogs now will look to show that same kind of fight as they travel to Scotiabank Place for another must win game Sunday at 1pm vs. the Ottawa 67's.

A victory and the IceDogs return home Monday night with a chance to even the series, a loss and their season is over.

While the outcome of Sunday's game is far from certain, one thing is certain, the IceDogs will not go down without a fight.  They know that few have given them a chance at coming back in the series, but they have proved many wrong already this season just by making it to the playoffs and they don't intend to stop now.

Fans can expect another tight game between these two evenly matched games and it will likely be another physical affair, especially after an intense and physical finish to game four.

Another key to the game may be the loss of Thomas Nesbitt for Ottawa, who is likely to miss the rest of the series with a shoulder injury.  Nesbitt had been excellent for the 67's so far in the series with three goals and an assist in the series prior to being injured in the first period of game four.

Fans can catch all the action Sunday afternoon by watching live on TVCogeco or by listening to the game live on 105.1 The River.

If the IceDogs win, game six will take place at the Gatorade Garden City Complex Monday, March 29th at 7:30pm.

Tickets for Monday nights game six would go on sale Sunday at 4pm, if necessary.
