IceDogs General Manager Dave Brown announced two trades today, prior to tomorrow's 2010 OHL Priority Selection.
The first trade saw the IceDogs trade Kingston's 10th round pick in 2010, 190th overall to Plymouth in exchange for Plymouth's 10th round pick in 2011.
The second trade saw the IceDogs trade the Kitchener's 2nd round pick, 38th overall, along with the IceDogs 4th round pick, 67th overall and Kingston's 5th round pick, 90th overall to Windsor for 25th overall (formerly Owen Sound's) and Windsor's 5th round, 100th overall pick.
The trade freeze is now in effect, meaning the Order of Selection for tomorrow is now finalized.
The IceDogs will have 16 picks all together, with the picks being as follows:
Round 1, 6th Overall
Round 1, 8th Overall
Round 2, 25th Overall
Round 2, 39th Overall
Round 3, 53rd Overall
Round 5, 100th Overall
Round 8, 147th Overall
Round 9, 167th Overall
Round 10, 182nd Overall
Round 10, 187th Overall
Round 11, 207th Overall
Round 12, 227th Overall
Round 13, 247th Overall
Round 14, 267th Overall
Round 15, 287th Overall
Round 15, 298th Overall
These trades come as everyone finishes getting ready for the 2010 OHL Priority Selection which gets underway tomorrow morning at 9am.
